Mary J. Biacsi is a distinguished family law attorney with over three decades of experience, dedicated to guiding families through complex legal transitions with empathy and professionalism. As the founding attorney of The Family Law Group Co., LPA, she focuses on collaborative divorce and mediation, offering clients dignified and respectful alternatives to litigation. Mary's commitment to excellence is reflected in her certifications and accolades. She has been certified as a Family Law Specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association since January 2006. Her peers have consistently recognized her expertise, leading to her selection as a Super Lawyer from 2012 through 2025. Notably, she has been listed among the Top 25 Women Cleveland Super Lawyers and the Top 50 Women Ohio Super Lawyers from 2019 to 2024. In 2010, the National Association of Women Business Owners honored her as one of the Top Ten Women Business Owners. Beyond her practice, Mary actively contributes to the legal community. She is a founding member and past president (2017-2018) of the Cleveland Academy of Collaborative Professionals and holds membership in the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Her leadership extends to serving on the Board of Directors for the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, where she also acts as Board Secretary. Additionally, she has been involved with The Accelerator Program of the Entrepreneurs Organization. Mary earned her Juris Doctor from The Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in December 1989 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bowling Green State University, awarded in May 1986. Through her extensive experience, certifications, and active participation in professional organizations, Mary J. Biacsi exemplifies dedication to her clients and the advancement of family law practice.
