Mary J. Biacsi, Esq.
Mary J. Biacsi has been practicing family law since 1990 and has been a Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law since 2006. She focuses on assisting her clients through an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Collaborative Divorce, and Mediated Divorce. Mary believes these approaches offer couples a dignified, respectful, and private forum to resolve disputes. These processes can foster an atmosphere that encourages negotiations, which allows the couple to create agreements for their unique family circumstances. Mary helps her clients address their differences in a supportive manner and assists in reducing conflict in order to address what is most important for her clients. Mary has extensive experience in complex family law cases, including matters involving business interests and retirement assets.
Nicole Bush, Esq.
Since 2013, Nicole Bush has been practicing family law, assisting clients with divorce, dissolution, child custody, support matters, and family law mediation. Nicole’s unique background in music—she holds a Master’s Degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music—gives her a creative perspective on resolving legal matters. She excels in navigating both settlement negotiations and litigation, ensuring that her clients’ needs are met, whether through peaceful resolutions or courtroom advocacy. Nicole is admitted to the Ohio State Bar and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
Katherine Friedell, Esq.
Katherine Friedell focuses on family law. After over 30 years practicing in the Domestic Relations Courts in northeast Ohio, Katherine now primarily practices in The Juvenile Court of Cuyahoga County, representing parents, grandparents and interested parties in custody matters and child support establishment and modification. Katherine is an active Guardian ad Litem, frequently appointed by judicial officers to represent the best interest of children in custody cases.
Before becoming an attorney, Katherine was a high school English teacher at Hawken School. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan, a Master of Arts in English from Case Western Reserve University; and she earned her J.D. with honors from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Katherine has been an active member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, in particular as a team captain in the 3R’s Program since its inception in 2006.
